At InfinityArtFusion, all of our products are custom-made, handcrafted, or created as part of a personalised project. This includes physical items (such as handmade crafts, 3D prints, or printed books) as well as digital art and downloads. Due to the nature of these customised and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is a proven manufacturing error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all items sold through our shop are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Custom handcrafted items
  
• 3D printed objects
  
• Personalised art and illustrations
  
• Printed books or zines
  
• Downloadable digital files (e.g. artwork, templates, or e-books)
  
• Gift cards
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infinityartfusion@gmail.com with:

• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  
• Your order number or proof of purchase
  

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping and Returns

Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded. If we approve a return due to damage or error, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.
